About us:

At Rondanini, we’re passionate about creating exceptional food. While our roots are proudly Italian, our reach now goes far beyond – offering a diverse and innovative range of products tailored to today’s ever-evolving tastes.

As part of the wider Vita Food Group, we develop, produce and deliver high-quality food to retailers, restaurants and foodservice customers across the UK and beyond.

The Role:

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Manage and maintain the Quality Management System to ensure the full implementation and compliance of the requirements are met.

  • Foster a strong quality culture, supporting and developing technical and production teams.
  • Support Technical and Production staff through effective leadership and communication, including training, development, motivation, direction, and performance.
  • Keep up to date with food safety legislation and retailer standards, ensuring site compliance.
  • Manage supplier approval and performance, maintaining technical and regulatory standards.
  • Support the business’s technical strategy, managing budgets and technical projects efficiently.
  • Oversee supplier compliance and product quality by managing specifications, documentation, factory trials, and process validations to support efficient product development.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
