What you'll do:
We are currently looking for a driven specialist in Technical Manager - Process ASEA. As a senior representative of the business, you will be required to network, present, and constantly liaise with a range of stakeholders within the EPC’s & Customers’ hierarchy to secure RFQs. It is essential you are a strong communicator with the ability to efficiently navigate your way to the decision-makers and deliver your message whilst developing lasting relationships. You will have the ability to develop and implement a range of short and long-term strategies designed to target, engage, and convert sales that could take anything from a couple of weeks to several years to see to fruition and will have varying degrees of complexity. Strong process background would be advantageous, but not essential.

What you bring:
- Have experience in Capital Sales involving projects and/or systems
- Extensive Sales experience in the mining industry, in particular, Fixed Plant Capital equipment
- Must have sales experience in any of Crushers, Mills, HPGR, Screens, and Thickening.
- Have good knowledge and understanding of the FLSmidth product range
- Networked with the major mining companies & EPC’s within the Australian Market.
- Be technically minded with mechanical aptitude (mechanical trade, process, or mechanical engineering highly regarded).
- Have excellent relationship development skills.
- Be confident, friendly and can work autonomously.
- Be highly motivated with a desire to succeed.
This is a key role within the business and requires someone with the personality to adapt to various situations and a determination to make things happen.
