Key Skills & Experience

• Strong technical delivery and system integration experience, preferably within Telecom OSS and Network domains.
• Proven project management experience using MS Project (MPP), Pega, Jira, Azure DevOps, and similar tools.
• Experience delivering large-scale technology transformation programs using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across business and technical teams.
• Proven experience managing risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and mitigation plans.
• Experience with network change control and release management.
• Experience working with Cyber Security, Architecture, Risk, and Control functions.
• Strong project financial management, forecasting, actuals tracking, and cost governance experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple OSS and Network delivery projects end-to-end.
• Own technical delivery from design through implementation and operational acceptance.
• Ensure delivery is on time, within budget, and meets quality expectations.
• Manage scope, dependencies, risks, issues, and change requests.
• Lead governance, steering committees, and stakeholder reporting.
• Coordinate Business Sponsors, Architects, SMEs, Engineering, and Operations teams.

• Strong governance, planning, budgeting, and financial management experience.
• Experience managing multi-million-pound program budgets, forecasts, and financial reporting.
• Strong experience working with Cyber Security, Architecture, Risk, Controls, and Compliance stakeholders.
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple projects and interdependent workstreams.
• Strong risk, issue, dependency, and escalation management capabilities.
• Experience preparing governance documentation, steering committee packs, and executive reports.
• Experience working with telecom highly preferred.
• Strong understanding of Telecom OSS ecosystems and delivery models.
• MSP, PRINCE2, Agile, or SAFe certifications preferred.
