Overall Summary

At Close Brothers we look to recruit individuals from all different backgrounds and encourage you to apply even if you don’t tick every box. We celebrate diversity and promote inclusivity. Vacancies are available on a part-time, job-share or full-time basis because we know the best person for the job isn’t always available full-time. Our aim is to facilitate requests wherever possible and managers will consider requests on an individual basis.

Join the Close Brothers Risk Team where you will be responsible for the day-to-day management, governance and ongoing development of the Customer Resolutions Remediation Data Hub, ensuring the platform delivers reliable, controlled and scalable technology solutions that support remediation activity across the Group.

Working as part of the Customer Resolutions team our ideal team member will have previous experience in providing end-to-end oversight of technology delivery throughout the remediation lifecycle, from onboarding and assessment of new remediation activity through to implementation, release management and ongoing operational support with excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Responsibilities

  • Promote the day-to-day operation, maintenance and performance of the Remediation Data Hub.
  • Provide end-to-end oversight and governance of technology delivery across the remediation lifecycle.
  • Support delivery in line with plans and technical dependencies to ensure successful implementation of remediation solutions.
  • Oversee release planning, testing, deployment and post-implementation review activities.
  • Lead the technical triage and onboarding of new remediation programmes into the Data Hub.
  • Ensure technology delivery activities operate within established governance frameworks and risk appetites.
  • Build strong relationships with Customer Resolutions, Data, Technology, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit and third-party partners.
  • Identify opportunities to improve remediation technology delivery practices, controls and operational efficiency.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
