Role Description
The Technical Sales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater London. This position is responsible for presenting and explaining Arouda’s digital tools and solutions to prospective and existing clients, identifying their needs, and recommending appropriate products and services. - Managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing
- Preparing tailored product demonstrations
- Maintaining accurate records of opportunities and client interactions
- Providing basic technical support during and after implementation
- Responding to customer inquiries
- Collaborating with product and technical teams to relay feedback and improve offerings

Qualifications
- Technical Sales: Candidates should possess a track record of strong skills in Technical Sales, with experience managing full sales cycles and meeting commercial objectives.
- Communication Skills: Candidates should possess a track record of excellent Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Technical Support: Candidates should possess Technical Support capabilities to assist clients with product setup, troubleshooting, and basic configuration.
- Customer Service: Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to build trust, handle inquiries professionally, and support long-term relationships.
- Relevant experience in technology, education, or financial tools, and familiarity with digital products or SaaS solutions.
- A bachelor's degree in business, engineering, technology, or a related field, from an accredited educational entity, and 10+ years of progressive experience in Technical Sales.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and comfort working with data to inform client recommendations are advantageous.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and adapt to evolving products and processes is important.
- Ability of occasional International Travel throughout the European Union.
