This vacancy is only available for applications from existing Internal Plymouth City Council employees and Agency Workers who are in an active placement and have 12 weeks continuous service. Applications submitted by External candidates who do not meet this criteria will not be considered and will be rejected.
The Operational Development Team (ODI) is based within the Strategic Commissioning department and supports the work of Adult Social Care across the city, through the maintenance and development of key IT systems and the provision of management information and analytics.

Due to the increased workload, a vacancy has arisen within the team to support the two senior System Analysts. The role will be responsible for providing technical and strategic support across the business area, enabling high quality and efficient service delivery.

Operating in a complex, diverse organisation and providing excellent customer service this team member will be involved in configuration of systems and ongoing support of key business applications, principally the Eclipse Case Management System.
