Ashfield District Council have a great opportunity for a Technical Officer (Damp, Mould & Disrepair) to join us in Sutton-in-Ashfield. You will join us on a full-time, permanent basis, and in return, you will receive a competitive salary of £35,412 - £38,220 - per annum (pay award pending).

In this varied position, you will carry out technical inspections, assessments, and surveys across our housing stock, diagnose repair and damp issues, and work closely with colleagues to investigate and resolve disrepair claims.

Requirements
- Experience of repair and damp diagnosis in domestic properties
- Strong problem-solving skills
