About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on, resourceful and detail-oriented Technical On-Site Moderator to drive on-field user study research testing including workflow deployment, venue staging, and technical logistics across global sites. In this role, you will bridge the gap between remote development teams and physical locations, acting as our boots-on-the-ground moderator. You will undergo initial training in the US. You are required to have no travel restrictions to the USA.

Key Responsibilities
- Global Collections: Execute user study protocol data collections across international sites
- Hands-On Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve complex hardware and endpoint issues on-site. Ensuring to utilize the proper escalation procedures and communication channels. Possess the ability and knowledge to file and triage bugs.
- Command-Line Operations: Utilize CLI environments (Linux/Windows/macOS) for system configuration, script execution, and troubleshooting.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate seamlessly with on-site field team, remote project managers, IT security, and project stakeholders to ensure on-site implementations meet company standards and timeline compliance.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate asset inventories, document site-specific configurations, and provide regular status reports to leadership.
- Communication: Communicate the daily status of operations through proper channels. Escalating potential conflicts and deploying contingency plans as needed.
- Asset & Inventory Management: Maintain strict tracking, auditing, and secure handling of hardware and assets during international collection and transport phases.
- Deliverables: Understand project deliverables and ensure they are completed as required.
