Role: Technical Operations Associate
London Hybrid | 💷 Up to £40,000 | Full-time
We’re looking for a technically minded, highly organised graduate or early-career professional to join a fast-growing technology and infrastructure business working at the intersection of AI, data infrastructure and sustainability.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone with 6–12 months’ experience who wants hands-on exposure to technical operations, project delivery and client-facing work.
What you'll do
- Support technical surveys and site assessments.
- Assist with requirements across IT, networking, power, cooling and infrastructure.
- Support project delivery, coordinating suppliers, partners and clients.
- Track project actions, deadlines, budgets and risks.
- Help resolve technical and operational issues.
- Maintain technical documentation and project reports.
- Work across multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

What we're looking for
- Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Engineering or a similar technical field.
- 6–12 months’ experience in engineering, technical operations, infrastructure, data centres, IT or project delivery.
- Strong analytical, organisational and communication skills.
- Confident using Excel, PowerPoint/Slides and Microsoft 365.
- Proactive, curious and willing to get stuck in.
- Comfortable learning quickly and working in an environment where priorities can change.
- Genuine interest in technology, infrastructure and sustainability.
