Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

The Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with practical confined space rescue experience. You should understand not only the theory behind confined space rescue, but also how that knowledge is applied in real-world environments. You will be confident working with customers, challenging assumptions when necessary, identifying what they actually need, and providing practical solutions that improve safety and reduce risk.

You should also be comfortable working with highly experienced operational personnel, including individuals from firefighter and ex-military backgrounds, and have the communication and leadership skills to get the best from these teams.

Reporting Structure

The Technical Operations Lead reports directly to the Technical Operations Manager and works closely with the wider operational, coordination, sales and management teams.

The role provides technical guidance and support to onsite confined space rescue technicians but does not sit above the Technical Operations Manager.

If you have strong confined space rescue experience and are ready to take on a senior technical role with significant responsibility, we would like to hear from you.
