Operations Lead (Technical) | London | Office Based | Salary £55-70,000 (depending on experience)
Gecko Travel Recruitment are working with a leading luxury travel business who are recruiting an Operations Lead (Technical) to join their London team.
The Role:
As Operations Lead (Technical), you will oversee the day-to-day partnerships operations function, ensuring hotel and travel products are accurately configured across internal systems and distribution channels, while leading a small specialist team and working closely with commercial and technology stakeholders. This full-time, office-based role (with the option to work from home on Mondays or Fridays) offers an experienced travel operations professional the opportunity to take ownership of partner operations, onboarding, systems and process improvement within a fast-growing luxury travel environment.

You Will Have:
- Previous experience within travel operations, hotel distribution, partnerships, or product operations
- Strong knowledge of GDS and hotel connectivity platforms Amadeus and Synxis
- Experience leading, mentoring, or managing a small team
- Excellent analytical and organisational skills with a strong eye for detail
- Confidence working across multiple systems and using Excel and other Microsoft Office applications

- Salary £55-70,000 depending on experience
