Our East Kilbride site produces around 38 million cases of drinks every year across four high-performing production lines, including two glass and two PET bottling lines. What to expect:
As a Technical Operator, you'll play an important role in ensuring our production lines operate safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards. Working as part of a supportive team, you'll take ownership of equipment performance, contribute to continuous improvement activities and help deliver the drinks enjoyed by millions of consumers every day.
This is a hands-on position where you'll use both your technical and problem-solving skills to maintain performance, reduce downtime and support operational excellence.
Key responsibilities include:
- Operating and monitoring production equipment to achieve safety, quality and performance targets
- Carrying out cleaning, inspection and basic maintenance activities
- Identifying faults, supporting root cause investigations and escalating issues where required
- Completing quality checks and ensuring products consistently meet specification
- Using operational data to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities
- Working closely with Engineering and production colleagues to improve reliability and efficiency
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives across the site
- Maintaining the highest standards of food safety, housekeeping and workplace safety

Skills & Essentials:
We're looking for someone with a proactive approach, strong attention to detail and a genuine interest in manufacturing. You'll be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, taking ownership of your work and contributing positively as part of a team.
You'll ideally bring:
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good numerical ability and attention to detail
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- The ability to work independently and make sound decisions
- A flexible approach and willingness to learn
- Experience within a manufacturing, production or process environment would be advantageous
