About Our Client

Join a high-growth SaaS company that is changing how enterprise organisations manage and trust their data. Our client is a recognised leader in Master Data Management and a strategic partner across the major cloud ecosystems, and it is entering a period of significant expansion through its partner network.

Role Overview

We're looking for a technically credible, commercially minded Technical Partner Alliances Manager to build and lead the UK co-sell motion. Part technical pre-sales and part alliance management, you'll be the technical authority partners call on, and the person who turns those relationships into a repeatable source of pipeline. You'll need to be equally comfortable running a technical discovery call and building a joint business plan with a partner's leadership team.

This is a UK-based role with significant travel (up to 30–50%) to partners, customers and events, plus occasional travel to Europe and the US.

What You Will Do

  • Build and run a UK co-sell motion across VARs, SIs, ISVs and hyperscaler programmes (Microsoft, AWS, GCP)
  • Lead technical discovery with partner account teams and deliver tailored demos to business and technical audiences, covering:
    • Platform architecture, security and integration patterns
    • API and web services integration
    • Data modelling and solution configuration
    • Workflow and application build-out
    • Governance, metadata and reporting
  • Develop joint business plans with top-tier partners, including target accounts, shared KPIs and pipeline goals
  • Run technical enablement sessions to train and certify partner sellers and solution engineers
  • Evangelise the platform at partner seminars, workshops, conferences and enablement events
  • Manage deal registration, MDF/funding and partner designation requirements
  • Create reusable demo assets, sales plays and collateral for the partner community
  • Build relationships from partner field sellers up to sales and technical leadership
  • Own partner-sourced pipeline and revenue against target

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What We Are Not Looking For

  • Pure pre-sales profiles with no partner or co-sell exposure
  • Alliance managers without the technical depth to lead discovery and demos
  • Partner experience that has been mainly administrative or marketing-led, without commercial accountability
  • Candidates who need a long runway before generating pipeline

Why Join?

  • Own and shape the UK partner co-sell motion at a genuine high-growth inflection point
  • Make a direct impact on partner-sourced pipeline and revenue
  • Join a supportive leadership team and a culture built on growth mindset, candour and getting things done

The role offers a competitive compensation package and a comprehensive UK benefits programme.
