Overview

Seeking a Tech PM to lead the delivery of enterprise-scale Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives on AWS. The role requires a blend of client-facing, consulting, technical leadership, solution governance, and hands-on understanding of AWS AI services, particularly Amazon Bedrock, AgentCore, and AWS Launchpad-related programs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead client engagements from discovery through design, implementation, and adoption of AI solutions.
  • Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, technology teams, and AWS partners.
  • Drive solution strategy, delivery, governance, risk management, and executive reporting.
  • Facilitate workshops to identify, prioritize, and define AI and automation use cases.
  • Design and oversee implementation of GenAI and agent-based solutions using Amazon Bedrock and AgentCore.
  • Guide architecture decisions across model selection, security, governance guardrails, and enterprise integration.
  • Support presales activities, solution shaping, effort estimation, and proposal development.
  • Manage cross-functional delivery teams and ensure successful program outcomes.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8 years of consulting, technology delivery, or program management experience.
  • Proven experience leading complex cloud or digital transformation engagements.
  • Hands-on knowledge of Amazon Bedrock including:
    • Foundation Models
    • RAG Retrieval-Augmented Generation
    • Knowledge Bases
    • Prompt Engineering
    • Guardrails and Responsible AI
  • Experience with AWS AgentCore and/or agentic AI architectures including:
    • AI agents and orchestration frameworks
    • Tool integration patterns
    • Agent memory and observability
    • Secure enterprise deployments
  • Working knowledge of AWS Launchpad and AWS engagement governance frameworks.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging Director, CIO, and executive-level stakeholders.
  • Experience leading geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience delivering GenAI or Agentic AI solutions in production environments.
  • Knowledge of frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, Strands, AutoGen, or similar.
  • AWS certifications: Solutions Architect, AI Practitioner, or Professional certifications.
  • Experience in regulated industries such as Financial Services, Insurance, Healthcare, or Public Sector.

  • Adoption and measurable business value from Bedrock-based AI solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder satisfaction and executive engagement.
  • Effective governance, risk management, and team leadership throughout the engagement.

Ideal Candidate Profile

A technically credible Engagement Manager who can confidently lead discussions with enterprise executives while effectively guiding teams implementing Amazon Bedrock and Agentic AI solutions on AWS. The candidate should be equally comfortable discussing business outcomes, program governance, and solution architecture.
