IT・技術関連分野の企業にてPowerPoint and Content Publisherの募集です。複雑な技術情報を分かりやすく整理し、プレゼンテーション資料やドキュメント、図解、動画などを通じて効果的に発信するポジションです。技術部門のナレッジ共有やステークホルダーとのコミュニケーションを支える重要な役割として、コンテンツ制作から管理まで幅広く携わることができます。
職務内容
- PowerPoint資料および各種デザインドキュメントの作成
- 動画コンテンツの編集および各種ビジュアル素材の制作
- ユーザーマニュアル、リファレンスガイド、リリースノートなどの技術文書作成
- Word・PowerPointのテンプレート作成およびドキュメントのレビュー・編集
- Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesignなどを活用したグラフィック制作
- Visioを用いたダイアグラム、フローチャート、システム図などの作成
- 技術・非技術コンテンツ（文書、資料、画像、動画等）の保管場所、バージョン、デザイン管理および問い合わせ対応
- 関係部署と連携し、ドキュメントの正確性や品質を維持するとともに、業界動向や最新ツールの情報収集を行う

- 技術的な内容を分かりやすく整理し、視覚的に表現できる能力
- 技術情報をもとに文書やビジュアルコンテンツを制作した経験
- Photoshop、Illustrator、InDesignなどのデザインツールの活用スキル
- Figmaなどのデザインソフトウェアの使用経験
- Visioを用いた図表・フローチャート作成スキル
- 関係者と連携しながら業務を進めるコミュニケーション能力
- ドキュメント管理および品質管理に関する理解
