Role Overview

In this integral leadership position, you will:

  • Manage and develop the Pre-Sales team to ensure seamless customer support
  • Act as the primary trusted contact across all business operations
  • Oversee daily customer service, including resolving queries, service/billing issues, and maintaining accurate customer information and product specifications

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the Pre-Sales team to deliver exceptional customer support
  • Mentor and develop apprentices, guiding career progression
  • Plan team skills development and coordinate training initiatives
  • Manage government compliance schemes (e.g., MCS umbrella)
  • Facilitate the introduction of new equipment into the product portfolio
  • Assist in project design and sales, from small domestic to large-scale commercial projects
  • Support domestic and commercial heating product lines
  • Ensure precise handling of customer data, billing, and product specifications

What We’re Looking For

Essential Qualifications

  • Proven experience in customer service and/or pre-sales support
  • Team leadership or supervisory experience
  • Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work with structured processes while maintaining a customer-centric approach
  • Interest/experience in heating, technical products, or related sectors (desirable)

✅ Minimum Requirements:

  • Basic IT skills
  • Strong people and time-management skills
  • Communication and presentation abilities
  • Preferred: Familiarity with government schemes or ASHPs (training provided)

Salary & Pay Range

The annual salary for this role ranges from £38,726—£77,219, based on:

  • Skills, education, experience, and additional qualifications

💼 Other Compensation:

  • Potential short-term cash incentives (subject to plan terms)
