About The Role

This role owns product strategy and direction across Jigsaw24’s platform portfolio: the Device Lifecycle Platform, Elevate24, Patch24, our public APIs, Insights24, and the Procurement platform and Customer portal. It’s a hands-on, technically fluent product role — you’ll scope platform changes for feasibility directly with engineering, be a significant contributor to prioritisation across a six-product roadmap in conjunction with the CTO, and be credible enough technically to represent the product directly to customers and sales. You’ll work closely with the CTO on prioritisation and investment decisions across the portfolio, and directly with engineering, the Business Analyst, and the development team to turn agreed priorities into a working plan.

This is a hybrid role, where the normal working location is the candidate’s home address but with a need to regularly attend the office or customer locations either to maintain contact with colleagues or attend meetings as business demands dictate.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

  • Own the roadmap and product strategy across the portfolio — Device Lifecycle Platform, Elevate24, Patch24, our public APIs, Insights24, and the Procurement platform/Customer portal — both product by product and as a coherent whole.
  • Contribute to, and influence, go-to-market strategy for each product in the portfolio.
  • Be a significant contributor to relative prioritisation and investment decisions across the portfolio, in conjunction with the CTO — including making the case, and being ready to defend it, for investing less in a lower-priority product rather than letting it fade by default.
  • Scope proposed platform changes for technical feasibility, working directly with development teams.
  • Be a significant contributor to feature prioritisation decisions, in conjunction with the CTO and business stakeholders — weighing customer impact, strategic fit, and delivery cost, and pushing back on reactive requests that don’t hold up against the wider strategy.
  • Represent the product technically to customers and sales, with enough depth to hold a credible conversation on integrations — device warranty APIs, MDM, patch management, and privileged access management — not just outcomes.
  • Own product documentation both customer facing and internally working with the Business Analyst team.
  • Chair a regular product review forum with the Business Analyst, development team, and key stakeholders, assessing new requests against the roadmap and delivery capacity.
  • Direct the external UI/UX design partner on product direction and screen design for complex work; for straightforward, non-complex changes, produce the designs yourself in conjunction with stakeholders, using basic Figma skills.
  • Delegate day-to-day operational upkeep — documentation sites, demo environments, and similar recurring maintenance — to the Business Analyst or development team rather than owning it personally.
  • Working with DevOps tooling such as Atlassian / JIRA and the management of Sprints / Agile working methodologies.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Education, Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Proven product management experience owning the roadmap for a live, commercial software platform — B2B or SaaS.
  • Technical fluency: comfortable scoping change directly with engineers/developers, and understanding architecture and integration trade-offs well enough to make the call.
  • A confident, collaborative contributor to feature prioritisation — able to make the case for or against a request against the wider strategy, and to work through the decision process.
  • Strong written and verbal communication, equally credible with engineers and with commercial or customer-facing audiences.
  • Comfortable working alongside existing project/delivery resource on delivery mechanics, without needing to own release management personally.
  • Basic hands-on design skills (Figma) sufficient to produce straightforward screen designs in conjunction with stakeholders.

Desirable

  • Experience with device management, warranty or repair workflows, patch management, or privileged access management (PAM) integrations.
  • Experience owning a multi-product portfolio rather than a single product.
  • Experience directing an external design agency or partner for more complex design work.
