TradeScale helps trades and construction businesses scale. We're hiring a Technical Product Manager to help build our next generation of SaaS products, both our own products and products we deliver for our external clients.
This is a hands-on, 0-to-1 role for a technically-minded PM who thrives at the start of the build, shaping products from concept, defining the roadmap, and getting the first versions shipped. You'll sit between engineering, design and clients, set the pace of delivery, and make pragmatic scope calls to get to launch fast.
What you'll do
- Own and shape the product roadmap across TradeScale's own products and our external client projects
- Manage delivery across both internal and external (outsourced/agency) development teams
- Turn business goals and client needs into clear, well-scoped tickets
- Work day-to-day with developers on grooming, sprint planning, unblocking and acceptance
- Get into the technical detail: APIs, data flows, integrations and AI/automation features
- Keep stakeholders and clients updated with clear, concise progress

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
