How will you impact?
We are seeking an exceptional Senior Technical Product Manager to explore and define the next generation of picking solutions from the ground up. This is a rare opportunity to build something transformative—creating a canvas, roadmap, and playing a central role in forming and developing a next-generation product that will reshape our fulfilment operations. You will work closely with stakeholders from both business and technology teams to drive backend and frontend requirements, ultimately realizing significant product benefits and business value.

Your key responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Lead the discovery and development of a next-generation picking solution from zero to launch.
- Create and maintain a comprehensive product canvas and strategic roadmap.
- Build and document a clear operating model in collaboration with key stakeholders.
- Drive product evangelization across the organization with a proactive, consultative approach.
- Form and test hypotheses, validate assumptions, and make independent, evidence-based recommendations.
- Partner with engineering teams (Solution Architect, Engineering Lead, and SDM) to deliver technical requirements.
- Develop and agree business cases and benefits realization frameworks with business partners.
- Lead data strategy and define KPIs for product performance measurement and reporting.
What you'll bring to the role:
Essential Requirements:
- Senior-level experience as a Technical Product Manager with a proven track record of delivery.
- Extroverted and confident communicator with excellent stakeholder management skills.
- Consultative approach with the ability to influence and build consensus.
- Thrives in ambiguity - comfortable building frameworks, models, and strategies from scratch.
- Discovery expertise - experienced in product discovery methodologies and customer research.
- Proactive and independent - able to make recommendations without seeking permission; forms strong opinions backed by data.
- Outcomes-focused rather than feature-focused mindset.
- Experience working with distributed/offshore teams and building strong remote partnerships.

Desirable Requirements:
- Experience in Picking, fulfilment, logistics, or warehouse operations.
- Background in building 0-to-1 products in complex technical environments.
- Demonstrated ability to evangelise products and build excitement across organizations.
Location:
United Kingdom (Remote/Hybrid). Must be based in London - this is a non-negotiable requirement.
