About The Role

Loansure is building a team of engineers dedicated to agentic and AI-driven workflows — automating and augmenting work across the organization, with an emphasis on our Performance Marketing operations. That team has been operating with a high degree of technical autonomy and has made real progress, but it currently lacks a dedicated product/delivery function: there's no single owner translating business priorities into a prioritized roadmap, no consistent process for scoping and tracking work, and no single point of contact between engineering and the business stakeholders who depend on this work.

We're hiring a Technical Product Manager to close that gap. This is a build-it-from-scratch role: you'll bring structure, prioritization, and stakeholder alignment to a fast-moving, highly technical team, without slowing down the things that are already working. You'll need to be comfortable with ambiguity early on and confident enough to bring order to it.

What You'll Do

  • Partner with engineering leads and business stakeholders to build and maintain a prioritized roadmap, replacing the team's current ad hoc, project-by-project approach.
  • Own scoping and definition of work: turn open-ended technical initiatives into clear epics, well-defined stories, and tracked milestones with real end states.
  • Establish consistent operating norms for the team — sprint planning, backlog grooming, and story pointing.
  • When needed - act as liaison between engineering and business stakeholders, translating business goals into technical priorities and representing engineering constraints back to the business.
  • Drive stakeholder engagement and discovery for new initiatives, ensuring new work has clear sponsorship and a defined outcome.
  • Own our "citizen builder" process: audit the tools and dashboards business users have built on Replit and Claude, prioritize which are worth operationalizing, and define the plan to get there.
  • Report progress, risks, and priorities to leadership on a regular cadence.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

What You Bring

  • Real hands-on experience either building agentic workflows yourself or working closely with teams who have — you understand what these systems can and can't do, not just the concept.
  • Experience as a technical product manager or similar role, working directly with engineers on fast-moving, ambiguous technical initiatives.
  • A track record of building product process (road mapping, backlog management, sprint planning) from scratch on a team that didn't have it before.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills — able to build credibility with both engineers and senior business stakeholders, and to translate between the two.
  • Comfortable operating with real decision-making authority: this role is expected to drive priorities and hold the team to them, not simply intake and relay requests.
  • Clear, direct communicator, including with stakeholders who are not deeply technical.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI/ML, LLM-based, or workflow-automation products.
  • Experience with performance marketing or marketing data.
  • Experience managing an external vendor or contractor relationship.
  • Background in mortgage, lending, fintech, or marketing technology.
