The Role
Own AI product quality, evaluation and testing across a rapidly evolving platform.
Shape roadmap priorities and own features from problem definition through to launch.
Work directly with customers, Engineering and AI teams to turn real-world feedback into better products.

The Need
- 3–5 years Product Management experience / ideally experience within an AI business
- Hands-on technical background – software development degree or job
- AI-native mindset – daily AI usage, AI builder, strong product instincts and high ownership
