Technical Product Manager – GenAI Programmes

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Product Manager – GenAI Programmes based in the United Kingdom.

This is a high-impact opportunity to lead the delivery of multiple enterprise GenAI initiatives from concept through production.

You will own AI use cases across requirements definition, proof of concept, MVP development, and early production stabilisation.

The role sits at the intersection of product strategy, technical delivery, and business transformation.

You will translate complex business objectives into clear technical direction for engineering and AI teams.

Working across several parallel AI streams, you will coordinate architects, engineers, data scientists, and UX specialists.

You will also engage senior stakeholders, manage delivery risks, and communicate progress in a high-visibility environment.

The position is ideal for a technically fluent product leader who can bring structure, momentum, and business value to complex GenAI programmes.

Accountabilities

  • Own the end-to-end delivery of assigned GenAI use cases, from requirements and proof of concept through MVP and early production stabilisation.
  • Translate business objectives into structured technical direction aligned with GenAI, LLM, and enterprise architecture patterns.
  • Develop detailed requirements covering data sources, AI processing logic, validation approaches, expected outputs, and acceptance criteria.
  • Define scope, priorities, milestones, and delivery roadmaps across multiple concurrent AI initiatives.
  • Coordinate architects, backend engineers, data scientists, UX teams, and other technical stakeholders to maintain delivery alignment.
  • Ensure LLM integrations, retrieval mechanisms, and agent workflows remain focused on measurable business outcomes.
  • Identify and proactively manage delivery risks, dependencies, constraints, and stakeholder expectations.
  • Lead product demonstrations, progress reviews, and executive updates for senior business stakeholders.
  • Support operational readiness, knowledge transfer, handover, and early-stage production support.
  • Help establish effective delivery governance and maintain momentum across a complex, enterprise-scale transformation programme.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
