Are you a tech savvy, senior Product Manager?
You could be progressing your career in a hands-on Technical Product Manager role at a global FinTech, enjoying flexible working and a range of benefits.
As a Technical Product Manager you'll join a global Platform Team at the heart of a major SaaS transformation. You'll work across a diverse portfolio of products and services, with a focus on authentication and authorisation systems, solving complex business and technical challenges to deliver market leading SaaS solutions for insurance clients.
This is a varied, high-impact role offering exposure to a broad range of products, stakeholders and business priorities.
Combining strong technical expertise with proven product management experience, you'll own the vision, strategy and roadmap for one or more Platform services, leading a development team to deliver measurable business value. You'll work closely with stakeholders across the technology organisation to identify opportunities, define requirements and prioritise outcomes, balancing user needs with technical feasibility, cost and long term platform strategy.

You'll manage the product backlog, sprint goals and delivery priorities, supporting solution design, technical decisions and release management. Using qualitative and quantitative insights, you'll define product metrics, track ROI and validate assumptions through a test-and-learn approach, ensuring solutions deliver genuine value to the business and its clients.
You'll also drive adoption and go-to-market plans, communicate product strategy and delivery progress and champion the Platform across the wider organisation. Alongside creating clear documentation, you'll mentor and coach product colleagues, encourage technical excellence and help teams make informed decisions around delivery trade-offs, technical debt and efficiency.
Location / WFH:
There's a flexible work from home hybrid model, you'll join colleagues in the Reigate office twice a week for team meet-ups and stakeholder meetings with the other three days work from home.
About you:
- You're an experienced Product Manager with a strong technical background and understanding of software development
- You're happy to collaborate as part of a team using both agentic and human led software development approaches, curating product context and setting acceptance criteria at engineering depth
- You have outcome focused product management experience with Public Cloud and Software-as-a-Service solutions
- You have experience solving multiple and complex problems with teams
- You can break down complex topics into non-technical and simple communications
- You have strong collaboration and stakeholder management and can manage, align and influence multiple stakeholders of varying levels of seniority
- Ideally you will have experience with authentication and authorisation technology
