Bloomreach is building the world’s premier agentic platform for personalization. We’re revolutionizing how businesses connect with their customers, building and deploying AI agents to personalize the entire customer journey.
We're taking autonomous search mainstream, making product discovery more intuitive and conversational for customers, and more profitable for businesses.
We’re making conversational shopping a reality, connecting every shopper with tailored guidance and product expertise — available on demand, at every touchpoint in their journey.
We're designing the future of autonomous marketing, taking the work out of workflows, and reclaiming the creative, strategic, and customer-first work marketers were always meant to do.
And we're building all of that on the intelligence of a single AI engine — Loomi — so that personalization isn't only autonomous…it's also consistent.
From retail to financial services, hospitality to gaming, businesses use Bloomreach to drive higher growth and lasting loyalty. We power personalization for more than 1,400 global brands, including American Eagle, Sonepar, and Pandora.
About the Role:
As our Technical Product Marketing Manager you’ll be a technically fluent, hands-on product marketer responsible for translating Bloomreach’s APIs, integrations, and platform capabilities into clear positioning, use cases, and go-to-market strategies that drive adoption and commercial impact.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, Solutions Engineering, and Product Marketing, helping shape how Bloomreach’s Loomi platform story is understood by product managers, IT and platform teams, partners, and enterprise buyers.
We are looking for someone who understands the wider marketing technology landscape, is agentic-minded, and excited to work at the intersection of technology and marketing. If you’re someone who gets fired up about new product possibilities, who can write a technical spec and turn it into a compelling story for a technical audience then this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
-
API & Agentic Narrative Support
- Contribute to Bloomreach's API and agentic platform story. You'll work alongside senior PMMs to build materials that help technical buyers — developers, architects, and IT leaders — understand what's possible with the Bloomreach platform. This includes supporting our data and platform narrative and helping connect technical capabilities to customer value. An understanding of (or strong curiosity about) agentic AI architectures and MCP frameworks is a significant plus.
-
Strategic Partner Product Launches
- Own product marketing strategy and go-to-market execution for partner co-developed product launches. This means informing the development of our partner integrations and products, building a compelling story, tiering, milestone planning, internal communication, sales enablement, and post-launch evaluation. You'll work directly with Product and Engineering to understand technical details and translate them into clear, customer-facing messaging. Define success metrics upfront and deliver post-mortems with real learnings.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

- Customer Storylines & Sales Enablement
- Support the team in building the materials that help sales and internal teams talk about Bloomreach's AI & ML technology credibly and compellingly. This includes field-ready assets like talk tracks, discovery guides, one-pagers, and technical integration briefs — maintained, versioned, and actually used.
Experience and Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Engineering, Solutions Consulting/Architecture, Technical Marketing, Developer Relations, or a closely related field — ideally at a SaaS or AI technology company or at an SI partner implementing these solutions.
- OR equivalent experience in a technical role (engineering, product management, solutions architecture) with a strong desire to move into marketing and storytelling.
- Experience working with datawarehouse/CDP or technology such as Databricks, Snowflake Google Cloud Platform, AWS and other technology partners to jointly build and launch products, features and go-to-market sales motions.
- API/MCP fluent: you understand how agentic architectures work and how technical platforms deliver value for customers and partners. You're genuinely excited about the shift toward agentic and AI-driven architectures. You won't write code every day, but you need to be comfortable reading documentation and talking to engineers.
- Strong writing skills: you can make complex technical concepts accessible without losing the precision that technical buyers expect. Clarity is your superpower.
- Collaborative and proactive: you thrive in cross-functional environments, take ownership without being asked, and communicate clearly when you're stuck.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science, marketing, business, or a technical field preferred.
- Experience working with Claude Code, Cursor, Codex or other agentic AI tools in Marketing workflows would be a significant plus.
