About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Technical Product Owner to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in technical project management, product development, and a deep understanding of software engineering principles. The Technical Product Owner will be responsible for translating business requirements into technical specifications, managing product backlogs, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software products.

What You'll Do
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand product priorities and requirements.
- Translate business epics and user stories into well-defined technology epics and tasks that will be needed to realize the product features.
- Ensure that our engineering teams have a clear understanding of requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Create and maintain product backlogs, ensuring they are groomed and prioritized effectively.
- Drive the agile development process, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and daily stand-ups. Monitor sprint progress and remove obstacles to ensure timely delivery.
- Work with business stakeholders and the development team, providing estimates, guidance, and clarification as needed.
- Conduct regular reviews and retrospectives to identify areas for improvement and implement best practices.
- Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform product strategy and roadmap.

Qualification
- Proven experience as a Technical Product Owner or similar role in a software development environment. Proven working experience in the Fintech industry is essential.
- Solid technical background with proficiency in software development concepts and practices. Significant experience in managing the delivery of mobile apps, and enterprise grade server platforms.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience with agile tools such as Jira or Trello.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with cross-functional teams.
- Attention to detail, resourcefulness, and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively is important.
- Certification in Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or equivalent is a plus.
