What we're looking for
We’re hiring a Product Owner – KYC to work directly with our founders and build our customer verification product function from the ground up. You’ll lead a cross-functional product team focused on customer onboarding, identity verification, and ongoing due diligence, delivering measurable impact through smart, data-driven analyses.
You’ll thrive in this role if you love solving complex problems, can translate regulatory and operational needs into product solutions, and enjoy working at the intersection of product, compliance, operations, and engineering.
What you'll be doing
- Own the product vision and roadmap for customer onboarding, identity verification, and ongoing due diligence.
- Lead a team of engineers and other cross-functional partners to design, deliver, and refine verification journeys, decisioning rules, and KYC systems.
- Define and track KPIs like verification completion rate, onboarding conversion, manual review rate, and time-to-verification.
- Turn regulatory requirements, customer risk profiles, and operational needs into clear product specifications.
- Continuously improve our KYC capabilities based on customer feedback, operational insights, and evolving regulatory requirements.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
