Job Description:
Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Technical Product Owner Logistics WM. The role is to be located in the EMEA (preferred location Beerse, Belgium). This position has the potential to be located at another J&J facility.

Pharm Transcend is a global business transformation program that will modernize our foundational transactional processes and harmonize them into one “clean” ERP as a standardized platform for growth and efficiency gains. The program will simplify the Pharm ERP landscape from 7 to 1, standardizing processes in order to have a cost effective, fit for purpose digital backbone that will enable us to support the Pharm business with agility. Additionally, the program will remediate the end-of-life system exposure that we risk towards the end of this decade.

As part of the Pharm Transcend Program, the Technical Product Owner Logistics WM will be an active member of the Pharm Supply Chain Technology team, driving design and implementation of Innovative Medicine Product flows based on strong knowledge of SAP Logistics and Warehouse Management technical capabilities and Integration experience with 3rd Party Logistics (3PLs).
The position leads design, validation and delivery of SAP S/4 capabilities and data, aligned with business process needs. The position governs the scope of the SAP S/4 template and drives template innovation and evolution through the deployments.
You will take responsibility for an end state Integration automation solution design with 3PL locations across following primary functions:
- Logistic Movements
- Warehouse management
- Inbound and Outbound Deliveries
- Returns Management
- Master Data
- Logistic and Intercompany Flows
Requirements
- Bachelor degree
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience; a minimum of 5 years relevant SAP IM/WM experience with 3PL integration experience a plus; a minimum of 5 years relevant Pharma experience.
- Strong domain expertise in multinational financial and logistics operations with end-to-end understanding across Plan, Source, Make, Deliver, Finance, Tax, and Master Data.
- Deep knowledge of SAP ERP Logistics modules, including Sales & Distribution, Logistics Execution, and Warehouse Management.
- Solid understanding of business process integration across key supply chain and financial functions.
- Experience in the Pharmaceuticals/Healthcare industry with strong knowledge of SOX and GxP compliance requirements.
- Familiarity with S/4HANA and its application within enterprise environments (preferred).
- Proven experience working in Agile environments with a strong grasp of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, self-organized teams and drive collaboration.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to make sound, informed decisions.
- Focus on business agility, iterative delivery, fail-fast mindset, and measurable outcomes.
- Continuous learner who challenges conventional thinking and drives innovation to enhance customer satisfaction.

Pay Range
The anticipated pay range for this position, in the primary posting location, is:
€79.800,00 - €137.770,00
The anticipated pay ranges for additional locations are:
- SPAIN: EUR 61.800 to EUR 106.260
- ITALY: EUR 56.100 to EUR 96.945
- IRELAND: EUR 70.100 to EUR 121.210
- UK: GBP 56.400 to GBP 97.980
- NETHERLANDS: EUR 68.600 to EUR 119.600
