Technical Product Strategist
General Purpose of the Job
The Technical Product Strategist is responsible for developing and executing product strategies that align with the Village's technical capabilities and market opportunities. This role bridges the gap between technical teams and business stakeholders to drive product innovation and growth, with a particular focus on owning and managing the product roadmap.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Product organization in understanding the roadmap based on research, OKRs, and business objectives.
- Have deep functional understanding of each product and what business problems they solve.
- Have a deep understanding of the OKRs for each product in their lane and be able to explain and communicate those to the technical teams.
- Work with the business stakeholders and Product organization to secure funding for product development and technical projects.
- In collaboration with IT Solution Architecture and the Product organization, work in sizing new IT asks and moving through the intake process.
- Work in collaboration with the delivery leads as a liaison between stakeholders and IT.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships in collaboration with IT Delivery leads while understanding their technical requirements.
- Interpret overarching stakeholder needs to help design long-term technical solutions per Engagement Center.
- Partner with architects and delivery teams to outline the initial discovery delivery approach.
- Align technical execution with enterprise architecture and business goals.
- Work closely with Engagement Center Senior Leadership on their CX Platform needs and prioritization requests; engage with TPM of CX or ITSM.
- Participate in medium to large projects as CX Leadership representation if needed.
- Partner closely with other interfacing platforms to ensure awareness of dependencies and any strategic alignment discussions.

Education and Experience
- Years of Experience: 5+ years of experience in product management or strategy roles within the technology sector.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related technical field.
- Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or related field (preferred).
Tech Stack You Will Work With
- Service & CRM Platforms: ServiceNow (Core Platform, ITSM/ITOM) and Salesforce
- Contact Center & CX: NICE CXone (CCaaS, Interaction Analytics, AI/Copilot, QM/WFM) and Infobip
- Data, Analytics & BI: Tableau (Visualizations & Adhoc Reporting)
- Project, Agile & Portfolio Management: Jira, Trello, and Apptio
Specialized Experience, Education, Training, or Qualifications
- Proven experience in owning and managing product roadmaps for complex technical products.
- Strong understanding of software development processes (SDLC) and emerging technologies (including AI and CX automation).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience with data-driven decision making and analytics tools.
- Demonstrated ability to balance strategic thinking with tactical execution in roadmap management.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and their application to roadmap planning (preferred).
- Knowledge of UX/UI design principles (preferred).
- Experience in facilitating roadmap prioritization workshops with diverse stakeholders.
