Program Manager

You will own multiple business-critical programs from intake through closeout, coordinating engineering, operations, and compliance teams. The role requires fluency in OCI networking across Layers 1–3 and the ability to turn complex technical work into clear plans, decisions, and outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Lead concurrent, interdependent programs, including production network hardware and software upgrades. Define milestones, owners, dependencies, critical paths, risks, and escalation paths.
  • Coordinate teams to resolve issues, close gaps, and deliver against program commitments.
  • Provide concise weekly updates to executives and stakeholders covering progress, decisions, blockers, risks, and required actions.
  • Maintain Jira work items and reporting so program status and ownership remain accurate.
  • Track operational and performance metrics, explain their business impact, and present findings to leadership.
  • Coordinate and lead a weekly operational review and other key stakeholder meetings, managing meeting logistics, agendas, notes/minutes, and action items.
  • Coordinate compliance driven audits and remediation programs with internal teams, external auditors, and regulators.
  • Partner with customers and support teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Improve program processes, documentation, and reporting to increase visibility and predictability.

Qualifications

  • 6+ years of technical, infrastructure, or network program management experience. Degree preferred.
  • Experience leading several complex technical programs at once, including work in network engineering, infrastructure deployment, device lifecycle, or large-scale network operations.
  • Understanding of hyperscaler networking and dependencies across Layer 1 physical infrastructure, Layer 2 switching and fabric, and Layer 3 routing and network services.
  • Ability to build plans, manage risks and critical paths, and drive accountability across teams without direct authority.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, and comfort working with incomplete information.

Preferred qualifications

  • Experience with OCI infrastructure, cloud or hyperscaler networks.
  • Strong Jira skills and best practices including ticket hygiene, filtering, dashboards, and program reporting.
  • Experience with milestone reviews, executive business reviews, root-cause analysis, and retrospectives.
