PRINCIPAL / SENIOR TECHNICAL PROGRAM MANAGER | UK
Location: Remote across UK or Ireland
Package: £120 - £150k base
We're supporting a growing technology business looking for a highly senior Technical Program Manager to take ownership of complex, technically demanding programmes across the organisation.
This is a hands-on leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys being close to the detail, working with customers and senior stakeholders, and driving complex technical initiatives through to delivery. Initially, the role will be heavily IC-focused, with the opportunity to build and lead a TPM/PM team as the organisation grows.

What you'll be doing:
- Lead the delivery of complex technical programmes within a cloud environment, driving projects from planning through to successful execution
- Work closely with Engineering, Product, Sales and Customer teams to align priorities and keep programmes moving
- Act as a key customer-facing leader, managing relationships and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders and C-suite executives
- Identify risks, dependencies and challenges across programmes and drive solutions through to completion
- Operate as a hands-on individual contributor during the first 6–12 months, establishing yourself within the organisation and delivering against key priorities
- Over time, build and lead a TPM/Programme Management team, including hiring Senior Programme Managers and PMs

We're keen to speak with candidates who have:
- Significant experience in Technical Program Management, ideally at Principal, Manager or Senior Manager level
- A strong track record of delivering complex, technically demanding programmes within cloud environments
- Experience working cross-functionally across Engineering, Product, Sales and Customer teams
- Strong customer-facing and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to communicate confidently with C-suite executives
- Previous people-management experience and the ability to build and lead a team over time
- A self-starter who is comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy
