Key Responsibilities
- Own the day-to-day running of COE projects — running regular check-ins with each project pair, tracking progress against milestones, and flagging risks or blockers to the Programme Director.
- Manage access and tooling logistics (GitHub, cloud environments, product access) and resolve practical issues directly, escalating anything more complex to the relevant technical lead.
- Liaise with clients and internal stakeholders to follow up on outstanding questions or requirements needed for projects to progress.
- Maintain project documentation (plans, timelines, milestones, meeting notes) and produce regular status reports for the Programme Director, including input into programme governance and IP processes.
- As academic partnerships (UG/Master's projects, PhD studentships) come online, provide similar day-to-day coordination for those initiatives.
Essential Criteria
Technical Skills
- Advanced proficiency in Python, including debugging and code review.
- Proficiency in Git/GitHub, including code review workflows and repository administration.
- Familiarity with at least one major cloud platform (Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud Platform) — comfortable provisioning access and understanding how environments are used.
- Strong working knowledge of the LLM/AI landscape, including model APIs and common ML/AI tooling.
- Proficiency with SQL and REST APIs.
- Working knowledge of delivery and collaboration tooling: Jira (or equivalent), Confluence/Notion, Slack/Teams, Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of Rezolve Ai and its products or a genuine willingness to learn quickly.

Experience & Delivery
- 2–3 years' experience in a software engineering or broader technical capacity, with exposure to project or programme coordination, ideally within a technology, R&D, or data/AI environment.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with confidence liaising across clients, technical teams, and senior leadership.
- Excellent organisational skills, with experience managing multiple concurrent projects or workstreams.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience producing clear status reports and meeting documentation.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with early-stage or ambiguous problem statements.
- A degree in a STEM or related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
- Based in the UK (London), with the ability to attend the Rezolve AI office in person 1–2 days per week.

Desirable Criteria
- Some exposure to Agile/Scrum delivery (sprints, stand-ups, retrospectives) in a technical setting.
- Hands-on exposure to LLM or generative AI projects — e.g. supporting model evaluation, data collection, or applied research workstreams.
- Prior experience working with academic or research partnerships (internship programmes, thesis projects, PhD studentships, or university collaborations).
- Retail, e-commerce, or CPG domain knowledge.
