Senior Technical Program Manager - InfoSec
London | AI-driven drug discovery
This one needs someone technical.
Not a TPM who just tracks delivery — someone who can get into the detail, challenge engineering decisions and help turn security strategy into something that actually works.
I’m working with a pioneering AI company using machine learning to transform drug discovery, hiring a Senior TPM into their security function, reporting directly to the CISO.
The role
- Drive programmes across Cloud Security, IAM, Zero Trust and Secure SDLC
- Work closely with security engineers and ML teams on real architectural problems
- Help protect proprietary AI models and sensitive research data
- Build security guardrails around new Agentic AI workflows
- Own a multi-quarter security engineering roadmap from design through to delivery

You’ll likely come from
- A strong engineering or security operations background
- Deep enough technical knowledge across cloud, IAM, Zero Trust and observability to challenge the room
- Experience working with senior engineers on technical direction, not just timelines
- Complex security programmes where you’ve genuinely owned the outcome

Nice to have
- GCP, AI/LLM security, OWASP LLM Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, life sciences or pharma.
