About Mistral

Mistral provides full-stack AI solutions: from frontier models to developer tools, applications, and compute. We partner with enterprises tackling the hardest problems—across high-stakes industries like finance, manufacturing, defense, healthcare, and the public sector—co-creating customized AI systems that they can run on their terms.

We are a dynamic, collaborative team passionate about AI and its potential to transform society. Our diverse workforce thrives in competitive environments and is committed to driving innovation. Our teams are distributed between Europe, North America, Asia and the Middle East. We are creative, low-ego and team-spirited.

The Role

We’re seeking an exceptional technical program manager to push the boundaries of our model capabilities across priority verticals. You will be responsible for building the human data operation for model development, from eval to training, and for closing the gap between the complexity of the real world use cases and our model capabilities.

What you will do

  • Partner closely with science / product teams to build datasets that accelerate progress on important model capabilities, skills, and behaviors
  • Manage highly functional contractor teams and vendor relationships to support both agile and scaled data collection campaigns with subject matter experts - spanning phases from sourcing / contracts, onboarding, training, and performance monitoring
  • Oversee and track the progress of collection campaigns, building dashboards for throughput, budget, and quality
  • Collaborate closely and own communications with cross-functional teams to ensure that risks are anticipated and addressed, data needs are met, and that tooling is in place to enable efficient annotation and data delivery/ingestion

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
