Technical Program Manager (TPM)

We are looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager (TPM) to lead complex technology programs across multiple teams, business units, and stakeholders. The ideal candidate should combine strong program management, financial governance, technical understanding, and stakeholder management skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale technology programs.
• Define program objectives, roadmaps, milestones, budgets, and schedules.
• Coordinate engineering, architecture, development, QA, and business teams.
• Establish program governance and executive-level reporting.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies, escalations, and change.
• Drive Agile, Scrum, SAFe, or hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Facilitate PI Planning, Sprint Reviews, Steering Committees, and Program Reviews.
• Track KPIs, delivery metrics, quality, budgets, and financial performance.
• Work with engineering leaders on technical strategy and architecture alignment.
• Manage vendors and third-party partners where required.
