Role Description
The Technical Project Coordinator is a full-time, remote role responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of communication integration projects. Day-to-day work includes:

This role collaborates closely with internal technical teams, vendors, and customer stakeholders to manage documentation, requirements, and status updates. The coordinator prepares reports, maintains project records, and assists with risk and issue tracking. The role also supports program management activities such as:
- Resource coordination
- Meeting facilitation
- Continuous process improvement across multiple projects
Qualifications
- Strong Project Management and Program Management skills to coordinate multiple technical initiatives and deliverables.
- Excellent Communication skills, including clear written and verbal communication for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Solid Analytical Skills to interpret data, understand requirements, and support decision-making.
- Team Leadership abilities to collaborate effectively, influence stakeholders, and support cross-functional teams.
- Relevant experience in coordinating technical or IT/telecommunications projects is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with communication systems (e.g., two-way radios, networked solutions, or wireless infrastructure) is a plus.
- Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools (e.g., spreadsheets, project tracking software, online collaboration platforms).
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in a technical, business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and adapt to changing project needs.
