This is a fantastic opportunity for a positive, organised and technically minded individual to join the HEX team, part of the Bluedog Group – a forward-thinking and highly successful group of agencies with a global presence. Due to continued growth, we are looking for a Technical Project Coordinator to become an integral part of our expanding team.

This is a varied, hands-on role supporting a wide range of technical, digital and operational projects across the agency. You’ll need to be highly organised, comfortable taking ownership and able to manage multiple priorities at once. Attention to detail is essential, along with the attitude that moving heaven and earth for our clients is simply part of the job.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

  • Providing technical project support across live client and internal projects
  • Managing and supporting our Apple Developer Account, including app-related administration and requirements
  • Supporting the ongoing management and development of the External Company Managed Web Solutions
  • Helping manage and develop our in-house online store including payment management
  • Researching and identifying new suppliers, technologies and solutions
  • Supporting mobile communications solutions for retail environments
  • Sourcing, purchasing and managing project-related equipment and technology
  • Liaising with internal teams, clients and external suppliers to keep projects moving
  • Troubleshooting issues and finding practical solutions when challenges arise
  • Helping us identify better, smarter and more efficient ways of working

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Is technically confident, curious and quick to learn
  • Has excellent attention to detail and takes ownership of their work
  • Can communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical people
  • Is comfortable working autonomously while being part of a fast-moving team
  • Can manage multiple projects and priorities concurrently
  • Enjoys researching new technology, suppliers and solutions
  • Is proactive, adaptable and a natural problem solver
  • Has strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Is open to travel for surveys and project delivery / implementation
  • Is proficient across Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new platforms and systems
  • Ideally has experience within an agency, digital or project-based environment

This is a challenging and exciting position for someone who enjoys variety and wants to make a tangible impact across multiple areas of a growing agency.

As an agency, we offer flexible working but require 3 days a week from the Bluedog Group offices in Farnham, Surrey, alongside the rest of the team.
