Technical Project Coordinator - Cyber Security, Technology Risk & Digital Trust

Location: Remote (UK Based)
Salary: £28,000 - £32,000 per annum
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent

About Captavio

Captavio is a Digital Trust consultancy helping organisations strengthen Cyber Security, Technology Risk, Governance, Compliance, and AI Governance capabilities. We work with enterprise, public sector, and regulated organisations across the UK, United States, and Middle East, supporting initiatives ranging from cyber maturity assessments and ISO implementations through to AI governance and large-scale technology transformation programmes.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Technical Project Coordinator to support the delivery of client engagements and help ensure projects are executed efficiently, professionally, and to a high standard.

The Opportunity

This role is ideal for an experienced Project Coordinator with 3-6 years of experience supporting technology, cyber security, software delivery, consulting, or professional services projects.

You will work closely with consultants, project leads, and client stakeholders to coordinate project activities, maintain governance documentation, track actions, and support successful delivery across multiple client engagements.

This role requires strong organisational skills, excellent communication, and the confidence to engage professionally with senior client stakeholders. Whilst this is a technical environment, it is not a hands-on technical role. We are looking for someone who is comfortable working with technical teams and understands common technology and cyber security terminology.

Key Responsibilities

Project Coordination

  • Maintain project plans, schedules, and delivery trackers
  • Monitor milestones, risks, issues, and dependencies
  • Coordinate activities across multiple projects and stakeholders
  • Track project actions and follow up with relevant teams
  • Support project governance and reporting processes
  • Assist with resource planning and scheduling

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
