The Role
We’re seeking an experienced technical project manager to join our project team. You will manage end-to-end software engineering projects lifecycles, ensuring alignment with business and technical goals. You will work very closely with engineering, product, and commercial teams across the business to deliver high-impact projects while managing timelines, risks, and dependencies. You will also ensure technical feasibility and alignment with business objectives.

- Define and document project scope, objectives, and success criteria.
- Manage and prioritize technology-driven projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery.
- Coordinate with development teams to ensure smooth software deployment and integration.
- Conduct risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies.
- Track and report project progress, milestones, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Implement a range of methodologies to ensure the most efficient workflow depending on the project scope.
- Monitor project progress, track key metrics, and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
- Oversee and improve technical documentation, system requirements, and quality assurance processes.
- Ensuring compliance with security policies, data governance, and industry best practices in India and internationally.
- Foster strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving among team members and stakeholders.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and technical challenges to ensure project success.
- Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders, translating business requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills and Experience
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical subject.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, software development, or IT project delivery.
- Good understanding of software development life cycles, API integrations, databases, system architecture, and cybersecurity.
- Knowledge of YouTrack ticketing system or similar technology.
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and stakeholder communication.
- Ability to interact with technical and non-technical teams, including external stakeholders.
- High adaptability with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Ideally, experience in an international travel technology, cutting-edge company.
