Bigabox Productions delivers high-quality audio visual, LED video, lighting and technical production solutions for corporate events, exhibitions, live events and fixed installations throughout the UK and internationally. We're growing, investing in our people and systems, and are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to help deliver exceptional projects whilst maintaining the high standards our clients expect. The Role
You'll take ownership of projects from enquiry through to successful completion, ensuring every event is delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest technical standard. Working closely with clients, suppliers and our warehouse and operations teams, you'll coordinate every stage of delivery, ensuring projects remain on schedule, within budget and exceed expectations. This is a hands-on management role suited to someone who enjoys both planning and getting involved in the technical detail when required.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage multiple live event and installation projects simultaneously.
- Produce technical specifications and equipment schedules.
- Liaise directly with clients and suppliers.
- Plan crew, logistics and transport.
- Produce quotations, budgets and project documentation.
- Conduct site visits and client meetings.
- Lead project delivery from planning through to completion.
- Manage project finances and profitability.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety requirements.
- Support warehouse and operations teams where required.
- Maintain excellent communication throughout every project.
Essential Skills & Experience
We're looking for someone with experience in technical event production who understands how live events operate. Ideally, you'll have experience with:
- Audio Visual systems
- LED Video
- Lighting
- Live Event Production
- Corporate Events
- Exhibitions
- Technical planning
- Budget management
- Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Full UK Driving Licence
Experience with AutoCAD, Vectorworks or similar software would be advantageous but isn't essential.
