Summary
The Technical Project Manager leads enterprise application initiatives that support finance, operations, HR, and sales systems. This role owns the planning, execution, integration, and delivery of complex application projects, and combines strong technical fluency in systems architecture and data flows with the delivery discipline needed to ensure that technology solutions meet business requirements, align with existing systems, and deliver measurable outcomes. The role also owns the worldwide project portfolios for Information Systems and for AI & Data Solutions on Monday.com, keeping every project across all regions owned, current, and moving.

Duties and Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of enterprise application projects, from assessment through post-launch stabilization.
- Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and stakeholder communication frameworks.
- Own the IS and AI & Data Solutions project portfolios in Monday.com as the single system of record: maintain boards, dashboards, automation, and workload views so every active project carries a named owner, timeline, and status.
- Coordinate project activity across the New York, San Diego, UK, and Taiwan teams, keeping cross-region dependencies, handoffs, and blockers visible in monday.com.
- Coordinate activities between technical teams, functional leads, and third-party partners.
- Define and document project scope, objectives, deliverables, and acceptance criteria.
- Oversee configuration, customization, and data migration efforts.
- Evaluate technical designs, integration approaches, and API dependencies alongside architects and developers, and flag technical risks before they affect the schedule.
- Track project performance using key metrics for cost, scope, and timeline adherence.
- Manage vendor relationships, deliverables, contracts, and SLAs.
- Lead change management and user adoption strategies.
- Coordinate testing phases, including UAT planning and execution.
- Prepare executive-level status reports that highlight progress, risks, and mitigation actions.
- Apply AI tools to accelerate delivery, including automated status reporting, meeting capture, and risk summarization; pilot Monday.com AI capabilities and identify further automation opportunities within IS.
Education/Qualification
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent certification (preferred).
- Bachelor’s degree in: Information Systems, Information Technology, or related field (preferred)

Experience/Skills
- 5+ years of project management experience, including at least 4 years leading enterprise software initiatives such as ERP, CRM, or HRIS.
- Strong understanding of application integration, data governance, and SaaS implementation models.
- Comfortable reading system architecture diagrams, API documentation, and data schemas, and able to challenge technical assumptions and translate them for business stakeholders.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders across both technical and business domains.
- Working knowledge of ERP and EDI systems; familiarity with NetSuite, Salesforce, EDI, or Workday preferred.
- Advanced hands-on expertise with monday.com at administrator level, covering project tracking, portfolio management, dashboards, automations, and integrations; monday.com certification preferred.
- Demonstrated use of AI tools in project delivery, such as AI-assisted reporting, summarization, or workflow automation.
- Experience coordinating global teams across time zones, with willingness to keep a flexible schedule that overlaps US Pacific and Taiwan working hours.
- Experience applying Agile or hybrid delivery methodologies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, including executive reporting.
- Experience managing projects within a SOX-compliant environment preferred.
