About The Role

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in recruitment or a related sales environment, preferably within the technology or digital sectors. A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification is preferred, although relevant experience is highly valued. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates. The candidate should demonstrate resilience, a proactive attitude, and a strong desire to succeed. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools is advantageous. Previous experience in a fast-paced, target-driven environment will be considered a plus.

Responsibilities

As a Recruitment Consultant at Oscar Associates, your core responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels such as job boards, social media, and networking events
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including conducting interviews, negotiating offers, and onboarding new hires
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and providing strategic recruitment advice
  • Developing a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future vacancies
  • Regularly updating and maintaining accurate records within our CRM system, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations
  • Actively participating in team meetings and training sessions
  • Meeting and exceeding individual and team targets, contributing to the overall success of the organization
