Working closely with the Group Head of IT, the Technical Project Manager will deliver IT projects across infrastructure, cloud, cyber security, business applications, physical equipment migrations and Microsoft 365 change. Initial focus includes physical equipment migrations, SharePoint rollout across global sites, OneDrive updates and Exchange migrations. The role will manage delivery, commercials, suppliers, risks, compliance, regulatory requirements and transition across IT and business stakeholders.
Your Responsibilities

- Manage Microsoft 365 projects and migrations, including SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange and physical device deployments, covering planning, testing, cutover, rollback and hypercare support.
- Coordinate equipment and device migration activities, including logistics, asset tracking, user scheduling, deployment readiness and business continuity considerations.
- Work closely with technical, security, architecture, compliance, supplier and business teams to define requirements, manage dependencies and resolve delivery challenges.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, providing clear reporting and communication to operational, senior leadership and Board-level audiences.
- Identify, manage and escalate risks, issues, dependencies, changes and decisions, ensuring appropriate governance and controls are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.

- Drive business readiness, user adoption, training, operational acceptance and successful transition into business-as-usual support.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
