Intelligent Solutions to Complex Challenges

Salary: £35,000-£60,000 depending on experience

If you are looking for a Project Management role where you can be close to the technology, trusted with real responsibility and part of a company where your contribution is visible, we would like to hear from you.

The Role

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager to manage a varied portfolio of technically challenging projects and help take innovative ideas from concept through development, manufacture, and delivery. You will manage cutting-edge projects spanning physics, engineering, software, AI, and advanced sensing. Projects vary in size, complexity, and maturity and involve working with multidisciplinary teams and customers in the UK and internationally.

We're a small, ambitious technology company, which means you'll have real responsibility, direct access to decision-makers, and the opportunity to see the impact of your work.

Responsibilities

  • Creating and maintaining project plans, Gantt charts, and Resource Management Plans.
  • Managing project budgets, risks, actions, and scope changes.
  • Coordinating multidisciplinary project teams and ensuring projects are properly resourced.
  • Working with Operations to balance resources across multiple projects.
  • Monitoring and reporting project progress to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Managing suppliers, subcontractors, and project supply chains.
  • Supporting quotations and proposals.
  • Building strong relationships with international customers and helping resolve project challenges.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
