Technical PM / Technology Project Manager - Generative AI and Agentic AI Initiatives on AWS
We are looking for an experienced Technical PM / Technology Project Manager to lead enterprise-scale Generative AI and Agentic AI initiatives on AWS.
This is a client-facing technical leadership role combining consulting, engagement management, solution governance, delivery leadership, and hands-on understanding of AWS AI technologies.
Key Requirements
- 8+ years of consulting, technology delivery, programme management, or digital transformation experience
- Strong Engagement Management and client-facing experience
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock
- Strong knowledge of AWS AgentCore / Agentic AI
- Familiarity with AWS technologies and enterprise cloud environments
- Experience with Foundation Models, RAG, Knowledge Bases, Prompt Engineering, Guardrails & Responsible AI
- Understanding of AI agents, orchestration, tool integration, agent memory and observability
- Experience with secure enterprise AI deployments
- Working knowledge of AWS Launchpad programmes and AWS engagement/governance frameworks
- Strong stakeholder management experience with Director, CIO and executive-level stakeholders
- Experience managing cross-functional and geographically distributed teams
- Exposure to presales, solution shaping, estimation and proposal development

What You’ll Do
- Lead client engagements from discovery → strategy → design → implementation → adoption, acting as the bridge between business stakeholders, technology teams and AWS partners.
- You will drive:
- GenAI & Agentic AI solution strategy
- Delivery governance & programme management
- AWS Bedrock & AgentCore implementations
- Architecture and security decisions
- AI use-case discovery and prioritisation workshops
- Risk management and executive reporting
- Presales and solution shaping
- Enterprise AI adoption and transformation
