Technical Project Manager
Salary: £90,000-100,000 (DOE)
Location: London - Onsite
Contract: 9-Month FTC
Maxwell Bond have partnered with a well-established financial services organisation undergoing a major transformation programme, who are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to join them on an initial 9 month fixed term contract.
You'll play a key role in driving complex payment implementation activities across technology, processor and business teams, with potential for the programme to extend beyond the initial contract.

- Lead end-to-end implementation activities, owning delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Drive key milestones, ensuring alignment and translating complex technical requirements into actionable delivery plans.
- Manage dependencies, risks and issues while coordinating architects, engineers, external partners and stakeholders.
What We're Looking for:
- Proven experience delivering complex programmes within Financial Services, Banking or Payments.
- Strong understanding of implementation / integration processes and operating models, ideally with exposure to payment implementation programs or processor migration.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, influencing cross-functional teams.
