Technical Project Manager – ITSM Platform Implementation
Contract: 8 months
Rate: £540–£625 per day
IR35: Outside IR35
Location: Remote, with occasional travel to Holborn (approximately once per month)
Start: ASAP
We are looking for a hands-on Technical Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new ITSM platform, Halo, while supporting the gradual decommissioning of the existing ServiceNow platform.
This is a hands-on delivery role requiring someone with strong technical project management experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive a complex platform implementation from planning through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of the Halo ITSM platform.
- Manage the transition away from ServiceNow and support its phased decommissioning.
- Create and maintain detailed project plans and build timelines.
- Manage RAID logs and proactively identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Work closely with technical teams, business stakeholders, and key decision-makers.
- Drive delivery against agreed timelines, milestones, and outcomes.

Key Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Project Manager delivering technology or platform implementations.
- Strong understanding of core project management principles and methodologies.
- Experience managing RAID logs, project plans, and delivery timelines.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A hands-on approach with the ability to work closely with technical delivery teams.
- ITSM platform implementation experience is highly desirable, ideally including Halo and/or ServiceNow.
