Headquartered in the UK, we aim to enhance the quality of life for our patients through cutting-edge solutions and outstanding patient service. We are a fast-growing team of passionate professionals on a mission to put patients back in control of their health journey — we have seen first-hand how alternative treatments can change lives.

The Role

As our Technical Project Manager, you'll work across our three product-focused workstreams, coordinating the work between the business, product and delivery. You'll make sure that project briefs are clear, understood and ready before they enter delivery, and that dependencies, risks and open questions are visible along the way.

This is a project manager role with good technical literacy. You'll work closely with our engineers and technology leadership, and help protect their capacity as our platform grows, so they can focus on building.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinating work across our product workstreams, keeping business, product and delivery aligned
  • Owning and coordinating requirements and specifications, so everyone is clear on what has been agreed to be built and who and what this impacts
  • Leading discovery and project readiness, confirming work is ready before it moves into delivery
  • Managing dependencies across teams and sequencing work sensibly
  • Tracking open questions and recording decisions, so nothing gets lost or revisited unnecessarily
  • Identifying and managing project and delivery risks, and raising them early
  • Coordinating across teams, taking on project management that is currently spread across the wider team
  • Keeping Linear issues and the backlog well organised and up to date
  • Own regular, clear reporting on project status across the business, for individual teams, leadership, and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain project trackers, giving a clear, accessible view of what's in flight across the business.
  • Organise and manage regular check-ins and stand-ups with project stakeholders to surface issues early and maintain momentum.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Only hits

No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.

You'll work alongside:

  • Our Technical Lead, who provides technical leadership across workstreams, including feasibility, architecture and solution direction, technical discovery, engineering risks and trade-offs, and engineering quality
  • Our Delivery Lead, who organises the delivery process, including team capacity, sprint organisation, ceremonies, delivery tracking and releases

Your focus is what is being built, who and what it affects, what dependencies and open questions exist, how work should be sequenced, and whether it is ready to enter delivery.

What we're looking for

  • 2 + years experience as a project manager, or in a similar role, in a software or digital product environment
  • Good technical literacy: you can talk comfortably with engineers about how systems fit together, technical trade-offs and dependencies
  • Experience turning business and product needs into clear requirements and specifications
  • A structured approach to managing dependencies, risks, open questions and decisions
  • Clear, concise written communication, and confidence working across business, product and engineering teams
  • Comfortable managing several workstreams at once
  • Experience using Linear, or a similar issue tracking tool such as Jira
  • Experience in healthcare, or another regulated or data-sensitive environment would be a bonus
