Technical Operations Manager

We are looking for a Technical Operations Project Manager to be the on-site point of contact for a leading technology business working within the construction sector.

This is a hands-on role where you will take responsibility for ensuring equipment is operational, resolving technical issues and supporting the customer with any day-to-day operational requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the main point of contact for the customer on site.
  • Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems.
  • Carry out basic repairs, adjustments, replacements and installations.
  • Identify and resolve technical issues quickly and practically.
  • Liaise with internal technical teams and external engineers when required.
  • Build strong relationships with site managers and construction teams.
  • Attend to general operational issues and ensure the customer receives excellent service.
  • Maintain accurate records of equipment, faults and repairs.
  • Ensure all work is carried out in line with site health & safety requirements.

Experience

Experience in construction or plant hire would be highly advantageous.
