Technical Operations Manager
We are looking for a Technical Operations Project Manager to be the on-site point of contact for a leading technology business working within the construction sector.
This is a hands-on role where you will take responsibility for ensuring equipment is operational, resolving technical issues and supporting the customer with any day-to-day operational requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Be the main point of contact for the customer on site.
- Monitor, maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems.
- Carry out basic repairs, adjustments, replacements and installations.
- Identify and resolve technical issues quickly and practically.
- Liaise with internal technical teams and external engineers when required.
- Build strong relationships with site managers and construction teams.
- Attend to general operational issues and ensure the customer receives excellent service.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment, faults and repairs.
- Ensure all work is carried out in line with site health & safety requirements.

- Hands-on, practical and technically minded.
- Confident dealing with customers and construction site teams.
- A strong problem solver who can work independently.
- Comfortable working on a busy construction site.
- Organised, reliable and proactive.
- Technically capable, with an interest in cameras, connectivity and technology.

Experience
Experience in construction or plant hire would be highly advantageous.
