Technical Project Manager (AI Products) - United Kingdom

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Technical Project Manager (AI Products) based in the United Kingdom.

This is a hands-on Technical Project Management opportunity for a professional who can lead AI-enabled products from discovery through launch and iteration. You will combine delivery leadership with strong business analysis skills, turning complex business, clinical, and market goals into clear, actionable requirements. The role offers substantial ownership across scope, planning, stakeholder alignment, quality, governance, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with engineering teams and need enough technical fluency to engage confidently in architecture discussions and challenge assumptions. The environment is fast-paced, highly collaborative, and focused on measurable outcomes rather than simply managing schedules. You will also have opportunities to introduce automation, AI tooling, and efficient processes that improve delivery quality and reduce operational overhead.

Accountabilities

  • Lead AI-first projects end-to-end, from discovery and definition through delivery, launch, measurement, and iteration.
  • Translate business, clinical, and market objectives into clear, actionable, and technically feasible requirements.
  • Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, dependencies, risks, assumptions, and issues while maintaining strong delivery discipline.
  • Coordinate standups, Scrum ceremonies, stakeholder communications, project updates, and vendor activities as required.
  • Develop and maintain business analysis deliverables, including epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps, gap analyses, and functional documentation.
  • Work closely with engineering teams to clarify requirements, challenge assumptions, understand technical architecture discussions, and remove delivery blockers.
  • Establish UAT plans, coordinate testing activities, prepare cutover plans and runbooks, and ensure teams are ready for production releases.
  • Track KPIs and OKRs, evaluate project outcomes, and use retrospective feedback to continuously improve delivery processes.
  • Establish project governance frameworks, including RACI structures, change-control processes, documentation standards, risk management, and privacy checklists.
  • Build dashboards, templates, and AI-powered automations that reduce project management overhead and improve visibility into delivery performance.
  • Maintain efficient task prioritization, delegation, and execution using project and collaboration tools such as ClickUp, Basecamp, Mattermost, Slack, and instant messaging.
  • Monitor delivery performance against agreed targets, with a strong focus on achieving projects on time and within scope.
  • Produce clear, concise documentation that reduces ambiguity, minimizes rework, and accelerates engineering throughput.
  • Act as a trusted bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, engineering, and other project participants.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
