Technical Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Execution:
- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocation.
Team & Stakeholder Management:
- Lead and manage development teams, designers, and QA engineers to ensure smooth project execution.
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders.
Technical Oversight:
- Provide guidance on technical solutions and ensure project alignment with industry best practices.
- Review and validate code, architecture, and technical documentation when required.
Quality & Risk Management:
- Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and client expectations.

Reporting & Documentation:
- Prepare project status reports for management and clients.
- Maintain complete project documentation, change logs, and meeting notes.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Project Manager in the IT industry/Software House.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or Scrum Master) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of multiple programming languages such as Java, Python, PHP, JavaScript, C#, or others.
- Hands-on experience with Agile / Scrum / Waterfall methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Preferred Skills
- Experience in software architecture and system design.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
